To use a washing machine:
Load machine
Close the door firmly
Add soap powder
Select type of wash
Note the machine Number and go to the Central PayPoint
To use a Dryer:
Load the dryer
Close the door
Select the temperature required
Note the machine Number and go to the Central PayPoint
Unlike most launderettes our machines are all controlled from a central pay point. This gives our customers features which are not available at many other launderettes.
The Central PayPoint system accepts £1 - 50p – 20p - 10p coins. No need to worry about what coins you will need.
To use the PayPoint:
Enter the machine number. If you have any stored credit select the "use credit" function and follow the on screen instructions. To insert money select the "cash" function and follow the on screen instructions. Insert the amount required to operate the machine.
Any excess money inserted is stored by the system - requesting the user to enter a four-digit password as reference against the amount. Any money stored in this way can be accessed on subsequent use of the system within 14 days by selecting the "use credit" function when requested for payment by the system.
